 Discussed possible schedule for 2011:

 Jan:  Heifer Project - Possibly serve sweet rolls after church on 16^th with free will offering.

Feb.  Bake sale on 13^th.

Mar.  Lenten dinners

Apr.    Second Helpings on 11^th.

May Bake sale, plants, garden produce.

June    Goodwill truck  1^st weekend

            July  Open - possible benefit run  

                
Aug. Second Helpings on 8^th

Sept.          Women at the Well  -  partnership money & attend Thu. worship service

Oct.           Mission Sunday
Nov. Sell garden produce throughout growing season with proceeds going to Heifer Project.

          Fellowship Ministry Team

 

The Fellowship Ministry Team met in the home of Farr and Carol Jebens. Plans were made for the next three months. There will be a family movie and popcorn on Sunday, January 23 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the church. The award winning movie, “Blindside”, will be shown. We can also show a children’s video for young children at the same time.

     We have set aside the first Sundays,  February 6 and March 6, as card parties. Cards will start at 1:30 and go until about 4:00? Popcorn and a beverage will be available. We had such a good response last year. Singles, as well as couples, are welcome to attend. We play a variety of different card games. If the interest is there we may continue to schedule more. We welcome all from Delhi and Buck Creek churches to attend; families, singles, all ages. Spread the news and invite your friends? They don’t have to be church members to join the fun?

            Ad. Council Ministry Team

       Due to inclement weather, the Ad. Council did not meet in January.

            UMW

      The UMW will meet on February 2 at 10 am to work on cutting material for book bags. Please bring your cutting tools and a sack lunch.
